I love the idea of quiet joy. Feeling it, sitting with it and enjoying it. Lovely.

Thanks Julie, it’s a lovely little luxury that we can conjure whenever we need it. I have to remind myself to do it. Making it into a habit as much as I can.

What a beautiful message! “Relax into moving forward” - that struck me realizing that is what I’m also trying to do. The world needs these messages and this inner work now more than ever. Thank you for the slice of JOY you bring to us all!

Thx for the emotional diary share, Karl! Dang if that wasn’t exactly the message I needed to hear today after some pretty deflating news on a project received last k no night. 🙏🏼

Just tried this with a notebook, a pen, and a highly judgmental cup of tea watching me from the counter. Asked the question I’ve been too holy to admit: Why do I sabotage peace the moment it shows up?

The answer came fast: Because chaos makes you feel necessary.

I set the pen down like it had personally insulted me.

This diary isn’t a tool. It’s a damn oracle disguised as a journal prompt. Thank you for undividing us, one quiet revelation at a time.

Aleksander!!! Mate!! That diary read you for real. It’s like that sometimes and will truth bomb your life. But it’s an incredible like that. Chaos makes you feel necessary. That’s a powerful insight.

I’m so glad you gave it a try. People write to me with the same amazement I had when I did my first one. Happy for you mate.
